The worst-case failure mode when using MoreTorque™ Torque Interceptor is sudden loss of power steering, however this is highly unlikely. MoreTorque™ Torque Interceptor may stop controlling the steering wheel at anytime so the user must pay attention at all times. By installing the MoreTorque™ Torque Interceptor you acknowledge the failure mode and release all liability due to that failure mode and all other failure modes.
