Refund policy

We have a 5 year manufacturer defect warranty, which means you have 5 years after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange. If your product is determined to be defective, your original payment method will be refunded $25 to help cover your shipping cost shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund no questions asked. Due to the small scale of this business, and the complexity of international shipping, the customer will have to pay for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Send the product back and include your order number in the box and provide me your tracking number once it's sent. Once I have received the device, your new device will be shipped. 


Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
